Racing Incidents

Soon after the start, WEIZHOU (Imran Chisty) was inconvenienced while racing between STAR GODDESS (Kavraj Singh) and NATIONAL GLORY (Dashrath Singh).

Near 300 metres, NATIONAL GLORY (Dashrath Singh), who was weakening at that stage, shifted out and made contact with STAR GODDESS (Kavraj Singh). 

Jockey S.Zervan (ELENA, dr.5) has been fined Rs. 1000/- for shifting in before the Red Marker and in the process going across the inside field.  

Jockey Imran Chisty (WEIZHOU) reported that his mount lugged-in in the straight. Trainer Faisal A.Abbas has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.

After the race, STAR GODDESS was found to be sore by the right fore leg.  The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

After the race, WEIZHOU was found to be sound, but having a cut injury at the right nostril. NATIONAL GLORY was found to be sound.
