SHE’S AN ACE (F. Irani) lost about 5 lengths at the start. Trainer Faisal A. Abbas has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

Passing 1400 metres, CAVALIA (Dashrath Singh) shifted in on to HOT PEPPER (T. S. Jodha) who had to be checked and shifted in thereby inconveniencing FURY (Yash Narredu) along the rails. Jockey Dashrath Singh has been cautioned.

Approaching 200 metres, RAINBOW DASH (P. Trevor) shifted in thereby tightening JEENA (Neeraj Rawal) along the rails. On questioning, Jockey P. Trevor stated that his mount had hung in despite his efforts. Trainer P. Shroff has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.

Jockey P. Trevor (RAINBOW DASH) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. As the filly hung in and the whip was used as a corrective measure, no action has been initiated.
