Trainer Himmat Singh has been fined Rs.3,000/- for late declaration in respect of his charge HUNAYN.
 
SHOGUN (A. Sandesh) was restless in the stall and not allowing the rider to settle. HUNAYN (T. S. Jodha) was reluctant to be stalled and thereafter jumped out awkwardly. Trainers Altaf Hussain and Himmat Singh have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
 
Soon after the start, MINSTREL HEIGHTS (P. S. Chouhan, dr.11) shifted in and went across IDEALIST (S. Sunil, dr.10) and tightened ETERNAL DANCER (App. Shahrukh Khan, dr.9) forcing the latter to be checked. Jockey P. S. Chouhan has been fined Rs. 2,000/-.
 
At the start, SHOGUN (A. Sandesh, dr. 3) jumped outwards and made contact with COUNTRY MUSIC (Suraj Narredu, dr.4) forcing the latter to shift out thereby inconveniencing the field drawn on his outside. On questioning, Jockey A. Sandesh stated that his mount had veered out despite his efforts. Trainer Altaf Hussain has been asked to take remedial measures and to show his charge to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a Mock Race before next accepting to race.
 
An objection was lodged by Jockey Suraj Narredu, rider of COUNTRY MUSIC (Placed Third) against SHOGUN (A. Sandesh, Placed Second). The reason being, after the start SHOGUN shifted out and bumped his horse badly whereby the horse lost his footing and momentum due to which he could not take a favourable position. If not for this interference, he would have run second.
 
After considering the submissions made by the Jockeys concerned, in conjunction with that of the Stipendiary Stewards and relying on their judgment, the Stewards decided to over-rule the objection.
 
After the race, CENTURIO was observed to have lost its right fore plate.
