Racing Incidents

TASMAN (App. P. Vinod, dr.1) jumped out slowly losing about 2 lengths at the start.

NUSRAT (Amyn Merchant, dr.5) was restless and was not allowing its rider to settle in the in the Starting Stall. Trainer Faisal A. Abbas has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the mare to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

Soon after the start, SHADOWS (App. A. S. Peter) shifted in before the red marker. App. A S Peter has been fined Rs.3,000/-.

Soon after the start, NUSRAT (Amyn Merchant) leaned outwards onto AME (N. S. Parmar) who in turn shifted out and brushed the haunches of SAFDAR (App. Haridas Gore).

Passing the 1200 meters, MYRCELLA (N. B. Kuldeep) shifted in thereby tightening NUSRAT (Amyn Merchant) causing the latter to be checked. Jockey N. B. Kuldeep has been cautioned.

After the race, TASMAN was trotted and found to be sound.

The Equine hospital reported that NUSRAT had injuries (sore) in both eyes.
