Racing Incidents
Jockey D. Singh (EARTH BENDER) reported that he could not position his mount in the front as instructed due to the fast initial pace. Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance. RENUKAS PRIDE (S. SHOBAN BABU), LORD NELSON (M. KRISHNA) and ZORBONAUT (P. UDAY KIRAN) trailed the field. Trainers S.S.F. Hassan, S.A. Shehzad Abbas and M. Satyanarayana were advised to ensure that their charges were capable of a better performance before next acceptance. Explanation of Jockey A. Ramana (SUPERFLUOUS) that his mount was hanging in throughout the race in the process shifted in at about 600 metres tightening GREEN HAVEN (N.M. SEQUEIRA) on the rails, noted. Trainer Sk. Kassam was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance. An enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of GREEN HAVEN trained by Mr. D. Netto and ridden by Jockey N.M. Sequeira.
