Racing Incidents
Change of rider permitted from Jockey A. Ramana to Jockey R. Laxmikanth on EXECUTE. Explanation of Jockey D. Singh (LUCRATIVE) regarding his instructions that he was asked to sit 4th or 5th which he had followed until entering the straight thereafter his mount had shown no acceleration inspite of his efforts, noted. Jockey R. Laxmikanth (EXECUTE) cautioned for shifting in at about 800 metres taking the ground of FIRST SOLAR (M. KRISHNA). Jockey M. Krishna (FIRST SOLAR) severely cautioned for using the whip on the right when his mount was tending to drift out whilst negotiating the final bend eventually the horse finishing the course on the outer rail. Trainer Sk. Kassam was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance. Jockey K. Ganesh (STAR FAVOURS) cautioned for dropping back from about 800 metres for no apparent reason. DANDIYA (APP. R. UMESH) returned bleeding from both nostrils.
