Explanation of Jockey Aadesh Kumar (RUBEN STEIN) in the presence of Trainer D. Netto that his instructions were to go to the front or sit second which he could follow until 400 metres and thereafter when asked to accelerate the gelding dropped the bit and fell back inspite of his efforts was not accepted, Both Trainer D. Netto and Jockey Aaadesh Kumar were informed the enquiry has been kept open. Subsequently the gelding has been sampled Explanation of Jockey Harish (GABLES) that his mount took a fly jump in the process lost about 2 to 3 lengths and thereafter did not raise fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his efforts, noted. Jockey K. Anil (NANDANVANAA) cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.
