Racing Incidents
Explanation of Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of FLEETING WISH in the presence of Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju that he had been instructed to position the filly in mid bunch which he could follow until about the 800 metres from where she started dropping back inspite of his efforts eventually finishing off board was confirmed by the Trainer. The Trainer added that the filly probably did not relish the under foot condition, apart from that he had no other plausible explanation to offer. Both the Trainers and Jockeys explanations were noted.
