Racing Incidents
Jockey Harish (CHESAPEAKE) fined Rs., 2,000/- for shifting out passing the 400 metres causing interference to DATING (A. IMRAN KHAN). Explanation Jockey M. Krishna (INDIA GATE) that he lost his right stirrup iron soon after the start which he could not regain due to which he was forced to remove the left stirrup and was therefore unable to offer any assistance to his mount throughout the race, noted. Jockey B. Shanker (GREY SHOT) was severely cautioned in the presence of Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju for traveling 6 to 8 horses wide for the greater part of the race for no apparent reason.
