Explanation of Jockey N Ravinder Singh (SHARP VICTOR) that his instructions were to settle his mount in 3rd or 4th position but soon after the start as he found himself in front and in order to follow the instructions when he eased up his mount the entire field went past him eventually he was racing at the rear end of the field was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded for not making sufficient efforts after the start to follow the given instructions.
