Change of rider permitted from App. G. Sai Vamshi to App. B. Dileep on CICILIA.

CANNON ACT (R. LAXMIKANTH) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

App. B. Dileep (CICILIA) reported loss of his whip at about the 200 metes.

Jockey App.Ajit Kumar (KOHINOOR SUPREME) cautioned for shifting out soon after the start crowding the runners on his outside.

App. A.K. Pawar (CALADIUM) fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/- for shifting out at about the 800 metres causing interference to CHAYANANDAN (DEEP SHANKER) and FORTUNE ART (N. RAVINDER SINGH).

Trainer T. Srinagesh was cautioned for the inconsistent running of his charge FOPPING (A. ASHHAD ASBAR) the winner of this race.

Explanation of App. Harinder Singh (PARIS TIME) that his instructions were to sit 4^th, 5^th in the initial stages of the race which he could not follow, as his mount jumped out slowly losing about a length and thereafter was denied a clear run as such he was forced to travel at the rear end and in the straight when asked for an effort the gelding did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer S.S.F. Hassan while confirming the above added that  he had instructed the App. to pull out the gelding in the straight and give a clear run but the App. had to perforce travel from the inside as there were runners on his outside which the gelding did not relish as such the poor performance, was noted for future reference.
