Racing Incidents

HADSOME HAWK (N. RAWAL) slow out losing about 4 to 5 lengths. SSC revoked.

ROSEMEAD (APP. A.K. PAWAR) slow out losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

App. Kuldeep Singh (GOLDEN PALACE) fined Rs. 1,000/- for shifting in 100 metres after the start causing interference to ROSEMEAD (APP. A.K. PAWAR).

Explanation of App. Kuldeep Singh (GOLDEN PALACE) that he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage between the 400 and 300 metres due to a wall of horses racing in front, noted.

Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was cautioned for the inconsistent running of his charge MELODY QUEEN (A. IMRAN KHAN) the winner of this race as compared to her previous start where she ran off board.

Explanation Jockey P.S. Chouhan (AEGIS) in  the presence of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh that his mount did not respond to his urgings in the straight inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by the Trainer.   Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh added that he had no rationale explanation to offer with respect to his charge’s performance except that his charge had gone up in handicap and running in a short span of time, noted for future reference.
