Explanation of App. Harinder Singh (WINNING STRIDES) that he was not ready when the start was effected resulting in him jumping out without his foot in the left stirrup iron which he could regain after traveling few strides was not accepted and the App. was severely reprimanded to be more alert in the gates in future, failing which he would be liable to disciplinary action.

App. P. Venkat (ASHLEEN STATE) fined Rs. 1,000/- for shifting out soon after the start causing interference to COMPROMISE (B. SREEKANTH).
