Change of rider permitted from App. Kuldeep Singh to App.  Harinder Singh on GARCIA MARQUEZ.

Explanation of App. A.K. Pawar (VIJAY KEERTI) that he was tightened for room immediately after the start due to which he was unbalanced resulting in his losing both stirrup irons which he could not regain them throughout the race  thereby he could not offer any assistance to his throughout the race, noted.

The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the running of the above race into the interference caused by WINDSOR MANOR (J.H. CHRISTOPHER) to PLENIPOTENT (P.S. CHOUHAN), VENDETTA (M.F. ALI KHAN) and VIJAYS CONQUER (P.A. CULHANE) in the final 200 metres and resolved to disqualify WINDSOR MANOR (J.H. CHRISTOPHER) from 2^nd place and ordered revised placings as under:

Horse No. 3—PROOF (K. ANIL) `-- First

Horse No. 8 – VENDETTA (M.F. ALI KHAN) – Second

Horse No. 5 – MELODY QUEEN (N. RAWAL) – Third

Horse No. 6 – PLENIPOTENT (P.S. CHOUHAN) -- Fourth

The Stewards further suspended Jockey J.H. Christopher from riding in races with effect from 14^th November, 2012 upto & including 3^rd December, 2012 both days inclusive for dangerous riding.  Jockey J.H. Christopher is not  permitted to ride work..

Jockey P.S. Chouhan (PLENIPOTENT) fined Rs. 2,000/- for shifting out negotiating the final bend causing interference to GARCIA MARQUEZ (.APP. HARINDER SINGH).
