Jockey N. Rawal (DANDELION) fined Rs. 2,000/- for cutting across the field after travelling about  100 metres after the start in the process causing interference to BAAZIGAR (A. IMRAN KHAN) on the rail and then veered out in the final 200 metres forcing out BAAZIGAR.
