ARABIAN DANCER (P.S. CHOUHAN) was tightened for room at about the 400 metres due to crowding of the field.

An objection lodged by Mr. Anupam Sharma, the Trainer of ROSE QUEEN (C. HENRIQUE) placed 4^th by the Judge against App. P. Sai Kumar (FINE RACER) placed 3^rd by the Judge was overruled by the Stewards, the Judges placings remaining unaltered.

The Stewards, however, suspended App. P Sai Kumar (FINE RACER) from riding in races with effect from 20^th to 24^th December, 2012 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he made no effort to prevent his mount from shifting in at about the 400 metres in the process causing interference to ROSE QUEEN (C. HENRIQUE).  Permitted to ride work.

Explanation of  Trainer  M. Satyanarayana re: the poor performance of his charge DREAM DEAL (KHURSHAD ALAM) in this race as compared to his previous starts that his charge was slowly off losing about 1 or 2 lengths due to which the Jockey was unable to follow his instructions of positioning the gelding 2^nd or 3^rd .  The Trainer added that his charge had  also travelled  wide until entering the straight as there were runners racing on his inside resulting in tiring and falling back in the straight, noted for future reference.
