Explanation of Jockey C. Henrique (CHOCOLATE SOLDIER) that his mount was slow into stride soon after the start due to which he was unable to position a close 3rd or 4th as instructed as also the horse was hesitating to raise a fluent gallop and started  gaining ground only in the final 300 metres was noted for future reference.
