Racing Incidents

DRAYTON (A. IMRAN KHAN) jumped out awkwardly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

App. G. Sai Vamshi (QUEEN OF HABASHE) fined Rs. 2,000/- for shifting  in negotiating the final bend causing interference to YOUNG SAPPER (P.S. CHOUHAN) on the rails.

Jockey A. Imran Khan (DRAYTON) fined Rs. 3,000/- for shifting in at about the 600 metres causing interference to BANG ON TARGET (NITIN SINGH)  and then shift out at about the 400 metres causing interference to STAR PROSPECT (N. RAWAL).

Explanation of App. Ajit Kumar (KOHINOOR VICTORY) that his instructions were to tuck in the gelding 3rd or 4th and refrain from showing day light but as he had horses racing on his inside he was unable to tuck in and was forced to travel  wide, showing  day light till entering the straight resulting in the horse tiring and falling back in the straight inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer A. Vatsalya and was noted for future reference.
