SWEET CANDY (K. Anil) planted and lost distance. SSC revoked.

App. Kuldeep Singh (ICE LOLLY) fined Rs. 1,000/- for shifting out at about the 400 mtrs causing interference to STREET MAGIC (Khursad Alam).

Explanation of Jockey Nitin Singh (PHENOMENAL SPEED) that his mount did not show any interest in the race inspite of best efforts was not accepted and Jockey Nitin Singh was severely cautioned for dropping back in the initial stages of the race whilst traveling in the front for no apparent reason.

Explanation of Jockey Khursad Alam (STREET MAGIC) that his instructions were to position his mount close 3rd or 4th in the initial stages of the race and to do his best in the straight.  He added that as his mount was slow into stride he was forced to ride out in the initial stages of the race to follow the given instructions, and thereafter in the straight after the interference he received at about the 400 mtrs, the colt did not show any interest in the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Subsequent Veterinary examinations revealed that the horse was trotting lame on right fore due to a shoulder sprain.
