Racing Incidents

Explanation of Jockey Nitin Singh (PHENOMENAL SPEED) that his mount lost her hind action as the start was effected losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter trailed the field, noted.  Subsequent veterinary examination revealed that PHENOMENAL SPEED was trotting lame on her left fore.

Explanation of App. Ajit Kumar (PUSSY GALORE) that he lost his reins momentarily in the final stages of the race for a stride or two, noted.  App. Ajit Kumar was however cautioned to be more careful in future.

App. G. Sai Vamshi (CASCADING GLORY) fined Rs. 3,000/- for excessive and improper use of the whip.
