Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (VIJAYKEERTI) in the presence of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh that his instructions were to position his mount a close 3rd or 4th and to refrain from showing early day light to the horse which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort the horse did not show any acceleration inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.

Trainer Laxman Singh was cautioned for the inconsistent running of his charge FRONT LINE (APP. HARINDER SINGH) the winner of this race who ran off board in his previous start.
