Racing Incidents

Trainer K. V. Srinivas was permitted to saddle CRISTOFFE on behalf of Trainer J.S. Dhariwal at both Trainers risk & liability.

The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the running of the above race, into the interference caused by Jockey Ch.K. Chary (GALIAT) to CRISTOFFE (Y.S. Srinath) and SANTA MONICA (P. Sai Kumar) at about the 400 mtrs, and resolved that no change in the Judges placing was called for. The Stewards however, suspended Jockey Ch.K. Chary w.e.f. 18th September 2013 to 2nd October 2013, both days inclusive for careless riding.

The Stewards further fined Jockey Ch.K. Chary a sum of Rs. 10,000/- and severely warned for the future.

Jockey Ch.K. Chary is however permitted to ride work.
