Explanation of Jockey M. Mark (CAMACHO SPEED) that his instructions were to sit 5th or 6th and to save the filly till the last furlong as she has a small dash as such he waited to make his final challenge was confirmed by Trainer S.S.F. Hassan.  Both the Jockey’s and Trainer’s explanations were noted for future reference.

Explanation of Jockey Ajit Kumar  (TRUE FRIEND) in the presence of Trainer Sk. Kassam that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the initial stages of the race as also stumbled about 3 to 4 times up to about the 800 mtrs, as such, he did not ride out his mount in the straight.   Subsequent Veterinary examination on 23rd September 2013 revealed that the gelding was trotting lame on his left fore due to a shoulder sprain.

Jockeys’ N.Rajesh (ARIZONA COLT) and Nitin Singh (MERI MERZI) reported that their mounts did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of their best effort, noted.  Trainers’ M.V. Narayana Rao and Zoheb Shaikh were advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Jockeys’ B. Dileep (SUPER COOL) and A.K. Pawar (GLOBETROTTER) reported that their mounts were hanging in, in the final stages of race more so under pressure noted.  Trainers K. Satheesh and L.D’ Silva were advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
