JERRELL (M. Krishna) jumped out slowly losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

Explanation of Jockey S. Shiva Kumar (EXCLUSIVE BEAUTY) that his mount was running green in the straight in the process veered out in the final 200 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, was not accepted and the Jockey was severely cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future, failing which he would be liable for disciplinary action.  Trainer M. Satyanarayana was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

Jockey N. Rajesh (GOLDEN ART) was severely cautioned for shifting out in the final stages of the race, in the process forcing out WINDS AND WAVES (Kiran Naidu).

Two objections were lodged in this race by Jockey P.S. Chouhan (MOUNT TITLIS) placed 4th by the judge the First against Jockey Kiran Naidu (WINDS AND WAVES) placed 2nd by the judge and the second objection against Jockey N. Rajesh (GOLDEN ART) placed 3rd by the judge that “ in the straight Jockey Kiran Naidu shifted in and bumped my horse thereby my horse lost his stride and got unbalanced and again at 200 mtrs Jockey N. Rajesh shifted out and took my ground there by I had to check my mount and stop riding  that cost me a certain 2nd place”. 

A Stewards enquiry was ordered into the running of the above race into the interference caused by Jockey Kiran Naidu (WINDS AND WAVES) to MOUNT TITLIS (P.S. Chouhan), EXCLUSIVE BEAUTY (S. Shiva Kumar) and PAYING GUEST (K. Anil).  Having enquired in to the above, the Stewards resolved to Uphold the 1st objection lodged by Jockey P.S. Chouhan (MOUNT TITLIS) against Jockey Kiran Naidu (WINDS AND WAVES) and overruled the 2nd objection lodged by Jockey P.S. Chouhan (MOUNT TITLIS) against Jockey N. Rajesh (GOLDEN ART).

Subsequent to the Stewards enquiry, the Stewards resolved to Disqualify Horse No. 3 “WINDS AND WAVES” from the above race and ordered revised palcings as under:

The Stewards further suspended Jockey Kiran Naidu from riding in races w.e.f. 4th October 2013 to 14th October 2013 both days inclusive for dangerous riding.

Jockey Kiran Naidu is not permitted to ride work during the above period of suspension.
