Racing Incidents

Jockey Ajit Kumar (NANO BELLE) reported that his mount was trying to run out throughout the race inspite of his best efforts in the process forced out GOLCONDA KING (A. Sandesh) in the straight.  Trainer A. Vatsalya advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

The Stewards suspended Jockey Dashrath Singh (POWER DRIVE) from riding in races w.e.f. 12th October 2013 to 22nd October 2013, both days inclusive for careless riding in that he had made no efforts to prevent his mount from shifting in passing the 800 mtrs, in the process causing interference to TRAVALDO (P. Uday Kiran) and MUSICAL NOTE (P.S. Chouhan) and thereafter MUSICAL NOTE (P.S. Chouhan) refused to raise a fluent gallop.

Jockey Dashrath Singh is however, permitted to ride work. 

Jockey S. Shiva Kumar (EMERALD REEF) was fined Rs. 2,000/- for making no efforts to prevent his mount from shifting out in the straight in the process causing interference to INNER STRENGTH (N. Ravinder Singh) at about the 200 mtrs.
