MIDNIGHT BEAUTY (App. Md. Sameeruddin) refused to be stalled inspite of all efforts,  as such the mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under starters orders,  SSC revoked.

AIRBORNE MAGIC (App. K. Mukesh Kumar) trotting sore on his both fore limbs

The Stewards suspended App. Jockey N.S. Rathore (SPORTING STAR) from riding in races w.e.f. from 17th to 22nd October 2013, both days inclusive for failing to persevere with his mount in the final stages of the race in the process losing 2nd place. 

App.Jockey N.S.Rathore is however permitted to ride work.

Explanation of Jockey B. Dileep (ALL THE FUN) that he lost his left stirrup iron immediately after the start, which he could regain after traveling about 50 mtrs due to which he lost considerable ground in the initial stages of the race, noted.  However, he was severely reprimanded in the presence of Trainer K. Satheesh for failing to position his mount to complete advantage until entering the straight.
