JAMIE (App. K. Sai Kiran) stumbled immediately after the start resulting in the App. losing his right stirrup iron, which he could regain after traveling about 100 mtrs.  The App. was however cautioned to be more careful in future. 

Jockey C. Henrique (AMAZING WEAPON) was cautioned for shifting out whilst negotiating the final bend in the process forcing out TWINKLINGOFANEYE (S. Sreekant).

Explanation of Jockey S. Sreekant (TWINKLINGOFANEYE) that his instructions were to go to the front which he tried to follow until entering into the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not respond or raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer Zoheb Shaikh while confirming the above opined that his charge was chased by AMAZING WEAPON (C. Henrique) until entering into straight resulting in the filly tiring and dropping back in the final 200 mtrs.   Both the Jockey and Trainers’ explanations were noted for future reference.

The Stewards suspended App. Ajit Singh (CATHERINE) from riding in races w.e.f. 12^th to 16^th December 2013 both days inclusive for incompetent riding in that, he failed to position his mount as instructed in the initial stages of the race and thereafter traveled wide until about the 400 mtrs for no apparent reason, thereby placing his mount at disadvantage.

App Ajit Singh is however, permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.
