Racing Incidents

Permission has been granted to Trainer Sk. Kassam to saddle AMICABLE ADVISORY (J. Vikas) on behalf of trainer Faiyaz Shaikh at both Trainers’ risk & liability.

Jockeys A. Ashhad Asbar (TURF QUEEN) and Nitin Singh (HARD HIT) were fined for shifting out & in respectively at about the 350 mtrs in the process tightening AMAZING POWER (App. K. Mukesh Kumar) racing in between.

Jockey N. Rawal (TRICKS OF GOLD) was cautioned for failing to maintain a straight course in the final stages of the race for no apparent reason.

App. J. Vikas (AMICABLE ADVISORY) was severely cautioned for traveling wide while negotiating the final bend and also in the straight for no apparent reason.

An objection was lodged by Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (TURF QUEEN) placed 3rd by the judge against App. Jockey K. Mukesh Kumar (AMAZING POWER) the winner, that  “ he pushed me inside at about the 450 mtrs when my mount was full of running, thereby I had to check my mount, that cost me a certain race”, was overruled by the Stewards and the judges placing remained unaltered.
