Permission has been granted to trainer Sk. Kassam to saddle DAZZLING PRINCESS (J. Vikas) on behalf of trainer Faiyaz Shaikh at both trainers’ risk & liability.

STAR PROSPECT (P. Sai Kumar) was reluctant to be stalled inspite of several attempts, as such was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starters orders, SSC revoked.

A Stewards enquiry was ordered immediately after the running of the above race into the interference caused by Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (HOMELY HELO) (drawn 10) to the majority of the field i.e. CHAYANANDAN (Nitin Singh), DAZZLING PRINCESS (J. Vikas), TRUE FRIEND (B. Dileep), GARIBALDI (J.H. Christopher), IN REALITY (Kuldeep Singh) and CARE LESS LOVE (App. Akshay Kumar) who were drawn on his inside soon after the start.

Having enquired into the above, the Stewards resolved to disqualify HOMELY HELO (A. Ashhad Asbar) the winner from the above race and ordered the revised placings as under:

The Stewards further resolved to suspend Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar from riding in races w.e.f. 20^th February upto and including 2^nd March 2014 and should he apply for renewal/grant of “B” Jockeys Licence for the season 2014-2015, the same be granted to him subject to his licence being suspended for the first two days of Hyderabad Monsoon Races 2014 for dangerous riding.

Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar is not permitted to ride work during the period of his suspension.
