Racing Incidents

Explanation of Jockey A.M. Tograllu (VIJAYS SPLENDOUR) that his instructions were to go to front and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort the colt did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts.  Trainer Laxman Singh while conforming the above, added that as the colt is one paced horse, he instructed the Jockey to go to front, but like, as always when asked for an effort, the colt did not show any turn of foot in the straight.  As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken.

REGAL MONARCHY stumbled and fell at about the 500 mtrs in the process dislodged Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar.  The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid was subsequently declared medically unfit to ride for the rest of the day.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the colt sustained fracture of humerus of left fore.
