Explanation of App. K. Mukesh Kumar (BRAHAMANI) that he was denied a clear run soon after entering into the straight due to the horses on either side of him shifting in and out respectively was not accepted and the App. was severely reprimanded to make more determined efforts in riding out his mounts in future.
