Permission was granted to Trainer Anupam Sharma to saddle ANANGALEKHA (App. Deepak Singh) on behalf of Trainer J. Silvester at both Trainers’ risk and liability.

DASH OF SPICE (App. S.S. Tanwar) was slow into stride losing about 2 to 3 lengths.

SINCARA (B. Shanker) was slow out losing about 1 or 2 lengths and thereafter trailed the field throughout the race. Trainer Faiyaz Shaikh was advised to ensure that his charge is capable of running with the field in future.

Explanation of Jockey Beuzelin Louis (FRESCO) that his mount was slow into stride and thereafter the gelding did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best effort, noted.  Trainer D. Netto was advised to ensure that his charge is capable of running with the field in future.

App. Md. Sameeruddin (ROYAL GLOW) was fined Rs.1000/- for shifting in when not sufficiently clear of runners racing on his inside in the initial stages of the race.

Explanation of App. K. Mukesh Kumar (SCHOLAR GYPSY) that his mount was keen in the initial stages of the race and in trying to avoid clipping the front runner ANANGALEKHA (App. Deepak Singh) he shifted out forcing out ROYAL OPPORTUNITY (N. Ravinder Singh) at about the 900 metres was noted.  However, the App was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future.

ROYAL GLOW (App. Md. Sameeruddin) returned bleeding from both the nostrils.
