Racing Incidents

Consequent to Jockey David Breux having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey Kiran Naidu to be substituted on SPRINT LEGEND.

SPRINT LEGEND (Kiran Naidu) reared up as the start was effected, losing about 1 or 2 lengths.

Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (SYMBOL OF HONOUR) was cautioned for tender handling of his mount in the straight.

Jockey S. Sreekant (STAR ENGAGEMENT) reported loss of whip at about the 300 mtrs.

Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (ROSEMONDE) in the presence of Trainer Shamsuddin that his mount lacked the initial speed as such he was unable to position his mount close with the front runners as instructed inspite of his best efforts and was gaining ground only in the final 400  mtrs was noted for future reference.

GREEN JEWEL (App. Deepak Singh) returned bleeding from both the nostrils.
