Racing Incidents

Jockey Deep Shanker (SURPRISE PARTY) was fined for shifting out immediately after the start causing interference to CITY OF HARMONY (App. K. Sai Kiran).

App. K. Sai Kiran (CITY OF HARMONY) was cautioned for veering out 6 to 8 horses wide at about the 200 mtrs though no interference was caused.

Explanation of Jockey N. Ravinder Singh (CREATIVE) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer Faiyaz Shaikh was advised for a better performance in future.

DIAMOND ROCK (N. Rawal) after passing the winning post dislodged the Jockey.  The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt and was declared medically unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding was hopping lame on left fore with extensive swelling of left fore shoulder region due to fracture of humerus.
