Racing Incidents

BEAUTY FLASH (App. Praveen Gaddam) jumped out awkwardly on to SOUTH LAKE (A. Sandesh) in the process taking the latter’s ground.  
 
Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (VIJAYS DELIGHT) in the presence of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts in the process finishing the course distance behind, noted. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was advised for a better performance in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey P. Trevor (DAHLOIS) that his instructions were to sit close with the front runners and to do his best in the straight but due to slow initial pace he found himself in the front in the initial stages of the race and was forced to travel in the front and thereafter when asked for effort in the straight, the filly shortened her strides and dropped back from about the 300 mtrs inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly was trotting lame on right fore due to shoulder sprain.
 
CRUISER (N. Rawal) was trotting short on both hind due to back sprain after the race.
