GOLDEN ARROW (N. Ravinder Singh) stumbled immediately after the start for no apparent reason resulting in dislodging the rider N. Ravinder Singh and finished the course as such.  The Jockey was given immediate medical aid and escaped unhurt.  Since the incident was purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken.
 
Trainer Zoheb Shaikh, deputizing for Trainer Shamsuddin was questioned re: improved performance of his charge BAAZIGAR (App. Akshay Kumar) the winner of this race, as compared to the previous run, where the gelding finished off board, to which the trainer stated that his charge was treated for back pain after the previous run i.e. Race No. 63 and thereafter the gelding was given a long layoff of about 45 days and ran in the present engagement, as such the improved performance was noted for future reference.  The Trainer was however cautioned to be more careful in future, failing which he will be liable for disciplinary action.
