Racing Incidents

Explanation of App. Deepak Singh (WINDS AND WAVES) that his mount did not show any interest in the race and also failed to raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, Trainer D. Netto while confirming the above added that the gelding has run to his potential was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of App. Gopal Singh (POLICY MAKER) that his rein slipped out of his hands while gathering, as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage in the final stages of the race noted.  However, the App. was cautioned to exercise greater control over his reins in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action.
