App. K. Sai Kiran (WIND ZOOM) was fined for shifting in, in the final stages of the race under use of the whip in the process causing interference to SYMBOL OF PRIDE (Kiran Naidu).
 
Explanation of App. Praveen Gaddam (CRUISER) that soon after the start, his saddle slipped back as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage for greater part of the race.  As this confirmed our observation, the App. explanation was noted. Trainer T. Srinagesh was severely reprimanded to exercise greater care in saddling of his charges in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action.   
 
A Stewards enquiry was called immediately after the running of this race into the incident wherein H. No. 2 AWARE (Arshad Alam) drawn (6) jumped out from the gates with blind folds and the same was subsequently removed by the Jockey after travelling about 50 mtrs.  Having considered the evidence tendered by the Starters and the Jockey in conjunction with that of the Stipendiary Stewards, viewing the replay of the race on CCTV and taking into note that it being purely accidental, the Stewards resolved to declare AWARE (Arshad Alam) a Non-Starter in the race and directed “All Clear” to be given.
