Explanation of Jockey Hanumant Singh (WHITE GOLD) that his mount tried to run out immediately after the start and thereafter when asked for an effort in the straight, the gelding did not respond to his urgings inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was severely reprimanded for tender handling of his mount in the straight.  Trainer D. Netto was advised to show his charge at the gates to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.
