Racing Incidents

DANCING FARHA (App. G. Naresh) took a fly jump and lost about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
App. Koushik (RUBYONRAILS) was severely reprimanded for failing to position his mount to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.
 
App. Ajit Singh (MORNING MIRACLE) was cautioned for changing course on more than one occasion in the final stages of the race for no apparent reason.
 
Jockey S. Sreekant (MODERN SNIPER) was cautioned for shifting out at about the 400 mtrs in the process forcing out MANGALYAAN (Kiran Naidu) and CHARLIE BROWN (P. Sai Kumar).
 
Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (CHARLIE BROWN) in the presence of Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju that his instructions were to sit close 3rd in the initial stages of the race and do his best thereon, which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the gelding did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts.  Both the Jockey and Trainer’s explanation were noted for future reference.
