Explanation of App. Akshay Kumar (TA TA) in the presence of Trainer S.S.F. Hassan that his mount did not hold the bit throughout the race, as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage, noted for future reference.  Trainer S.S.F. Hassan was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Jockey Aneel (OWN BATTLE) was severely reprimanded for drifting out in the straight under the use of the whip.
 
Explanation of Jockey Ch. K. Chary (SILVER DOLLAR) that his mount drifted out in the straight under the pressure and was also wobbling, as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage in the straight, noted.  Trainer Sk. Kassam was however advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Jockey Ch. K. Chary (SILVER DOLLAR) reported loss of whip at about the 200 mtrs.  
 
Explanation of Jockey Y.S. Srinath (ASHWA ASHOKA) that his instructions were to go to front or sit close with front runners, which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the colt did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh and was noted for future reference.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the colt sustained superficial injuries over right fore inside knee and right hand side girth.  However, the colt was trotting sound.
