Explanation of Jockey Arshad Alam (RYUZAKI) in the presence of Trainer Sk. Waseem Ahmed that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd and do his best in the straight which he could not follow as his mount did not show any speed in the initial stages of the race inspite of his best efforts, noted for future reference.
 
Trainer D. Netto was fined for reversal of form in respect of his charge PICTURE PERFECT (Dashrath Singh), the winner of this race who finished off board in all her outings.  The Trainer was further cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey P.S. Chouhan (VIJAYS DELIGHT) that his instructions were to go to front or sit close with front runner but due to fast initial speed, he was unable to keep up with the front runners and was forced to niggle his mount until entering the straight in order to follow the instructions and the filly gradually gained ground in the straight inspite of his best efforts was noted for future reference.
