Permission has been granted to Trainer Sk. Kassam to saddle GLADIATOR ROYALE (App. G. Naresh) on behalf of Trainer K.V. Srinivas at both Trainers’ risk and liability.
 
Explanation of Jockey Deep Shanker (FAR SIGHT) that his instructions were to go to front and do his best in the straight which he could not follow due to fast initial pace and his mount was gaining ground only in the final stages of the race was noted for future reference.
 
Jockey Beuzellin Louis (SO FAR) reported that his mount ran green throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer D. Netto was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
 
Explanation of App. G. Naresh (GLADIATOR ROYALE) that his mount ran green for greater part of the race in the process shifted in at about the 1000 mtrs, resulting in interference to NEW STATE (App. Abhishek S. Pawar) was noted.
 
Explanation of App. Abhishek S. Pawar (NEW STATE) in the presence of Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy that his instructions were to go to front and do his best in the straight which he could not follow due to the interference caused at about the 1100 mtrs and thereafter he was forced to travel at the rear end of the field till entering the straight and in the straight he had done his best was noted for future reference.
