Racing Incidents

Trainer Faiyaz Shaikh was fined for failing to exercise greater care in saddling of his mount NELLY (Kiran Naidu) whose saddle slipped during the running of the race.
 
Trainer K.R.K. Raju was questioned with regard to the improved performance of his charge BOUNCER (App. Kunal Bunde) and was cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
 
Explanation of App. Akshay Kumar (VIJAYS DELIGHT) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was advised for a better performance in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey Arvind Joshi (RAPIDEST) that due to high action of his mount he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage was noted.   Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.
