Consequent to Jockey Mukesh Kumar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey K. Sai Kiran to be substituted on ISLAND BIRD.
 
ROI'S CRUISE (Zulquar Nain) took a fly jump as the start was effected in the process lost about 1 or 2 lengths.
 
Explanation of App. C.P. Bopanna (COLUMBUS) that he was squeezed for room at about the 900 mtrs in between ROIS'S CRUISE (Zulquar Nain) and SKETCH OF BEAUTY (App. B.R. Kumar) resulting in his mount stumbled due to which he lost his right stirrup iron which he could regain after travelling few strides, as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage momentarily, as this confirmed our observation, the Apps explanation was noted. However, the App. was cautioned to exercise greater control over his mounts in future.
 
Jockey Deepak Singh (LEGACY MACHINE) was fined for shifting in at about the 900 mtrs when he was not sufficiently clear of the field resulting in ROI'S CRUISE (Zulquar Nain) who was racing directly behind was forced to be checked in turn causing interference to COLUMBUS (App. C.P. Bopanna).
 
App. B.R. Kumar (SKETCH OF BEAUTY) was fined for shifting in at about the 900 mtrs in the process crowding the runners racing on his inside.
 
App. Rafique Sk. (LEGEND) reported loss of whip at about the 100 mtrs.
