Consequent to App. Md. Ismail having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey A.A. Vikrant to be substituted on MARINA DEL REY.
 
Jockey B. Dileep (PATRON SAINT) was fined Rs. 2,000/- for shifting out soon after the start in the process forcing out the runners drawn on his outside.
 
Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was cautioned to ensure that his charge PROUD WARRIOR (Kunal Bunde) the winner of this race, race more consistently in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
 
Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar (SISCO) and App. Rafique Sk (SWEETIE PIE) were fined Rs. 2000/- each for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs in the process causing interference to TRUE HYMN (Abhishek S. Pawar).

Explanation of Jockey Abhishek S. Pawar (TRUE HYMN) that due to interference caused at about the 800 mtrs, he got unbalanced and dislodged from his mount.  The Jockey who was given immediate medical treatment escaped unhurt and was declared unfit to ride for the remaining races of the day.
 
Explanation of App. Rafique Sk (SWEETIE PIE) in the presence of Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy that his instructions were to go to front or sit close and do his best in the straight.  But, as his mount jumped out slowly he could not position his mount as instructed and thereafter he was forced to travel at the rear end of the field until entering into straight was not accepted and the App. has been informed that he has been given benefit of their grave doubt with regard to handling of his mount at the start.
