On a report from the Clerk of the Scales that due to heavy rain, the Jockeys in this race have weighed in 2 1/2 to 3 kgs more than the weight they weighed out.  The Stewards having noted that the excess weight was due to wet have authorised the Clerk of the Scales to give all clear.
