Consequent to Jockey Deepak Singh having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards permitted Jockey P. Ajeeth Kumar to be substituted on NAAMDHARI.
 
Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (SIR LEGEND) in the presence of Trainer S.A. Shehzad Abbas that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter his mount was tending to hang out in the straight inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was informed that he was given benefit of their grave doubt with regard to handling of his mount in the final stages of the race.
