Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (DANCING AWAY) in the presence of Trainer R.H.Sequeira that his instructions were to sit close 3rd and do his best in the straight which he tried to follow until entering into straight and thereafter his mount did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts, was noted.
 
Trainer D. Netto was questioned with regard to the improved performance of his charge PLATINUM CLAASZ (App. Rahit Kumar) winner of this race, who finished off board in his previous races  to which the Trainer stated that in her previous race, his charge was interfered twice and moreover carried top weight, as compared to the present race, where filly could able to go to front and set her own pace and an allowance claiming Jockey in the saddle had been to her advantage and went on to win the race.  The Trainer further stated he had not fancied his charge was noted.  The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charge race more consistently in future.
 
Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (HALO'S PRINCESS) that his mount threw her head up soon after the start on several occasions due to which he could not ride out his mount on even keel upto 100 mtrs in the process shifted out causing inconvenience to DANCING AWAY (Akshay Kumar) was not accepted and the Jockey was severely cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount in future.
 
App. Md. Ismail (DAWNING HOPE) was cautioned for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.
 
OH PHARAOH (Ajit Singh) sustained cut injury over left fore front of coronet.  However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
