Racing Incidents

Jockey Praveen Gaddam (ASTRA) was severely reprimanded for shifting out immediately after the start in the process causing inconvenience to KALINDA (Deepak Singh).
 
Explanation of Jockey N.S. Parmar (CITY OF WONDERS) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop for greater part of the race inspite of his best efforts, noted.  Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding returned bleeding from left nostril.
 
Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (VALLEE SCEPTRE) that his instructions were to sit close with front runners and make move from outside, as his mount was sluggish in the initial stages of the race he was unable to position his mount close with front runners and thereafter due to wall of horses racing in front he could not make his move from outside and opted to go from inside and did his best was noted for future reference.
 
Explanation of Jockey Arshad Alam (ASTERIA) that his instructions were to sit close up with front runners which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, the filly did not raise a winning gallop inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer L.D’ Silva and was noted for future reference.
